My issue was NOT addressed.They DID return to the sender $450 after I inquired why they still had it if there were NO transactions allowed on my account. BUT they do still have $49 of mine.
Granted, its not much but the point that irritated me is the card I used to deposit funds to them is the card they want me to verify is mine??
had I known it would be such a hassle using their business I never would have. DO NOT USE SKRILL
I have received a payment through Skrill from a sweeps game of $100. No problems...
provided documentation for account verification was sufficient. Now I am waiting for $450 from the same game that has been submitted to Skrill and am being asked to provide proof of ownership of the debit card I funded my Skrill account with. My account is restricted, I'm being given contradicting responses and instructions, very frustrating. Why is this an issue when there have already been previous interactions?
I'm so fed up!
I need and want my money!! Help please, if anyone has any input, I appreciate it greatly.

I am really at my wits end with this issue. As a result, I simply let the matter lie for some time.
I sent several requests via email (the only available option for the Skrill clients thrown overboard), but got no response. In other words, no communication, no explanation, no service, no money. As a non-UK resident, I can do nothing about it.
I cannot even submit a consumer complaint to the FCA or any other similar UK financial authority. One thing that comforts me in this case is the fact that companies resorting to scamming and fraudulent activities don't last long.

I logged on my skrill account since I'm getting money put in there today by two different social casinos and I tried just transferring actual money from my chime account into my skrill account which my account already says it's fully verified by the way and they now want a picture of me with my driver's license in my face in the picture front and back so I go to do it I take the first picture and it submits it after the first picture I didn't it did now this was at 7:30 this morning they don't open till 9:00 to call them I wait a while and try to be patient I call them at 11:00 talk to a man named Alex he has me do 20 different things telling me that he is reset it for me to retake my picture and guess what no can't do it it's in review still I have emailed them constantly about six seven times now just get automated fake emails back saying they'll contact me within 24 hours so spent 30 minutes with Alex for nothing then I just called back speak with Ivan and there's nothing they can do this is absurd they are running their system apparently on the first IBM computer ever made because it is so slow it says on their website that it takes the pictures either verifies it instantly get that instantly or a couple hours and it's already been over 5 hours now and they can't even reset it when they tell me they have reset it and then that there must be a technical issue and it's just going to take however long it's going to take to get that fixed this is ridiculous I need to get to my $1,300 coming in this account today not two business days from now this is ridiculous don't ever ever get a skeilll account it's so cheap and you can just tell by their website is made that their technology is not that great at all. This happened today March 20th 2025t use skrill, outdated technology don

0445.9515.7443.7557 At 09.56.am I deposit $50 into my casino account I could only deposit $30. So I went on to Skrill to and put in the 16 digit $20 was showing that it was used on the 26/04/2025 can you help to solve it

Withdrew 700 from casino to Skrill, then sent it to my Kiwibank account. From my Skrill, it's vanished from there and has never shown in my Kiwibank account.
