My account was tempered with I couldn't report the matter because my email/password was rejected. I kept using virtual assistant that does very little and simply tells you that you will be contacted.
I was finally contacted and even called, we discussed, changed my email as advised. But sent ID copies over 10 times each with photo and email requesting for email address change to 3 different staffs(Yuliana, Valeriya and Vasil) but up to now my account is closed . They send email asking for any ID knowing well that the ID they are requesting is that in their database. What annoys most automatic reply says you will be contacted within 24 hours but it was upto two weeks atimes.
The staff are either overwhelmed or not bothered, they will reply arrogantly that your ID didn't qualify...no reason, no alternative and your case is closed.
Once you start on a case why not complete, educate or advise immediately and move to the next.
Am not earning my online pay since July because Skrill is my only compulsory payment option.
How, fast can I get help I am desperate?
I love Skrill so much because it sends money to even my Mobile phone and I have been recommending many on certain forum. Infact after solving this they should employ remotely.
Skrill is capable of being the best online money transfer if it changes the way it handles customers.
I don't have photos since account is locked but my customer ID is above as well as my six digit code.
User's recommendation: why not but after I am satisfied and I wish to serve by the same staff they may be the ones who tempered with my account.

A company tried to deposit my funds of 250.00 CAD and it was refused, and my account was closed. I would like a refund of my money.
It has been since Nov 28/24. I have supplied the screenshot of the e-transfer.

They have a useless chat bot. I can't contact them by phone because I'm not from the US.
My withdrawal is missing, and when I click on my transfers and the transfer that has not been deposited to my Solana wallet, they just show me the page with my wallet address!
They won't even give a transaction ID or hash number! Be careful, this type of service is very dangerous.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.
They won't lift the restriction on my account. I'm verified, and upon speaking to customer service, I was told the restriction was placed due to something on their end - not mine.
They won't reply to me. No updates.
My constant attempts at getting information or action are being ignored. I am about to take legal action.

I have a few transactions pending, but I need to increase my limit. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to help.
I've tried the automatic system; I get an email from my bank saying I'm sharing data, but the Skrill site says not verified. After getting some of my money, not all, I won't be using Skrill again.

You all restricted my account for over 18 hours for no reason. As soon as you lifted the restriction, I tried to transfer money, and you instantly restricted it again.
That's incredibly frustrating. I want all my money taken out of the account and instantly put into another.
I have bills to pay. I don't have the time or patience to deal with this ridiculousness.

My account has been restricted and I have no clue why. I did not receive any notification or information about why I was restricted.
I created a support ticket and did not get any response; it's now been five days. I am still unable to access my account and withdraw my funds (over a thousand euros in the account). I need the money to repair my car, but because of this poor company, I can't fix it. So now, I am stuck.
Please never use Skrill. There are other companies who can help you out far better!
