I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of support I have received so far. Since Thursday, I have sent multiple emails regarding an issue with my account, but I have not received any response.

About international money transaction

Poor customer care help,,really bad experience from the help.I sent money via international transfer and it has been deducted from bank account but it has not delivered yet.

They completely ignored my mail and refused to explain how they can just shutdown my account

i spent 4 months in survey site to make 10k in naira. skrill is charging me 10 naira which is the equivalent for management charge,
ok, why did they not do document verification when opening the account.

they allowed the money into their account and then did not approve my document.

only for them to close the account permanently making me lose the money too. to make matter worse they refuse to reply my mail

Security reason

No one is available to help me with my restricted account, which is causing me distress. I desperately need my money to buy groceries for my family.

I've never had such an experience before. I've sent all the information they asked for to verify my account.

Now, all I need is my money. Alternatively, they could close my account and send my money to my bank account.
