I tried to transfer money from skrill account to expert option ferex trading account I receive this message Balance payments are not allowed to this merchant

I do a withdrawal from Betway.com a betting site. Then betway took some days before it processed my withdrawal, then I found out that it processed my withdrawal when my account was closed.

So I don't know how can I be assisted because I already given a notice about closure but betway disappointed by not allowing me to cancel my withdrawal as the days was numbered to get to account closure date. So I have no option that's why I am now looking for a way forward from you to help me on this matter.

I've been trying to upload the only I.D i have. is it possible to use an expired license? ive tried emailing the help line but no answer.

I really need the money in it and it's currently restricted
