I called the Skrill help centre, they asked me to provide proof of my address, bank and phone bills (to download the requested copies to a certain email address provided), I did what they'd asked me to, have been waiting for an answer for over a month, still no answer. Today I've tried to log in to my skrill account, here's what I got:

'Your account is permanently closed. You can open a new one with another email address, without using VPN, proxy or IP masking services.'

Finita la comedia.

I pressed wrong password like four times that was why it was blocked so now I was trying to withdraw money it is not working

I need to speak to the manager. I was scammed through your Skrill account.

They made me open your account to transfer from my bank to trade in crypto, saying I would have a high return. Didn't happen.

Want a chargeback; I was scammed.

Money was put in the grill account for the basis of earning money, not gapped.

sms problems again on skrill i cannot pay they send no sms for verification.

repair it fast it is always *** with skrill no live contact response maybe 7 days later.

skrill is the worst. I would have advised no one to bank with them because it’s non-stop problems—just straight-up garbage, with no regard for customers.

Normalement tout se passe bien les virements se passent bien ils sont rapides efficace et en sécurité cependant j'ai juste un problème de restriction du problème de mail et impossible d'atteindre un agent alors que j'ai de l'argent dessus

I recently recieved an email saying my account was permanently closed or restricted or something. I can't even log in to the app.

It never said why and no one from Skrill is getting back to me to tell me why.

Again, I've tried contacting them 3 times this month alone on their own website help page. No repsonse, yet they claim 24 hour replies.

I haven't done anything wrong except getting a chargeback from my bank due to getting scammed by a freelancer with an account on THEIR platform.

It won't let me reset my pin. Always comes back as error try again.

I'm over this' it's been 4 days & still can't get in. Same thing' ither a error or they can't send a airmail to correct it I just want my money & then close the skrill account.

I'll never be using it again. No one has replied to my airmails

Today I received an email from Skrill Customer Support Service with the subject: You've received 30,500.00 USD from King.

The transaction ID is 626949****, and then someone required me to pay 500 USD in tax to activate this amount in my Skrill account.

I would like you to check if this is a real email from your company or a fake one from a scammer, please.
