I made a withdraw on 10/08/2026 via bank transfer and I still haven't received my money. I have also sent my bank statement to them for proof that I have not received deposit money from their end. My bank can't see no incoming international payments, and if it were held in at the intermediary bank then it would be here in mY ACC BY NOW surely

Support closed my case with no reply, but also the service magically started working. Who would have thought.
On their help center, Skrill state that they aim to respond to all cases within 48 hours. Well, in my case I am coming on 2 weeks and I have yet to get any sort of non-automated reply.
I believe my issue is fairly trivial, but it still does allow a human being to review it. Until then, my funds are essentially being held hostage.

Dispute on FRAUD and NO Resolution
- - Opened Skrill per casino guidance; staff helped.
- - Unauthorized withdrawal from the secured account; no resolution after repeated calls.
I was told that I needed to open a Skrill account to get my money from the casino website. I did that and they helped me with it.
When they deposited my money into the account an unauthorized user went into my SECURED account and withdrew my Money and deposited it into another account. I informed them right away and been dealing with it ever since. I can't get an answer no matter how many times I call the Cust svc Line.
I've called twice a month since February. I need answers

The call was good, but the fact that I had to call them from a website is crazy. On the website it said phone calls were not being accepted at this time.
Plus I have waited for 6 days and now I have to wait 6 more days. And when I made a rating, they said to go to the support site, there is nothing there that can help me.

Resolved: Close Account
- - I can't log in because I lost my data.
- - I want to close the Skrill account.
- - I am bankrupt with a low pension and no money to pay.
They confirmed that they have closed my account. I contacted Skrill via www.pissedconsumer.com and it worked much better than contacting Skrill, because Skrill never answered my messages.
Skrill has cancelled my account and I hope they have also eliminated my personal email address so that other people can't contact me. Thank you for your help.
I don't use Skrill and I can't log on because I've lost my data information.
I want to close the account please because I don't have any money to pay to maintain

- - I paid a Skrill user for help; they ghosted.
- - Skrill support didn't reply; I did a chargeback.

A little while ago, I paid another Skrill user to help me do something, and they ghosted me for weeks. *** support never got back to me about it, so I called my bank, and they did a chargeback.
After that, I got an email from *** saying my account had been permanently closed. I immediately tried contacting support about it as well, and... crickets for a month or two.
They eventually got back to me, but they couldn't give me any details on why they shut down my account. Essentially, I got punished because one of ***'s users scammed me, and I dared to try and get my money back because ***'s own support was basically nonexistent.
