Well I put a complaint in with the consumer financial protection agency. They sent my complaint to Skrill .
I finally got a response from them but just telling me they are handling this as a complaint still no words as to why my account is locked and they say that could take up to 15 days or more to investigate.They have cost me so much already . I don't understand how they are still in business if you look at their reviews the amount of people's money they have locked down is utterly ridiculous and no one is doing anything to shut them down.All I did was try and transfer part of my money out of my Skrill account to my bank and immediately got locked down .
But did 3 transactions previously to that and no problem. I'm mentally exhausted from dealing with these people I just want what's mine.
They keep asserting that security has my account locked due to a routine check they conduct. However, I have been trying to extract my money since August 8th. A supervisor assured me I would hear from them the next day.
A week has passed and no one has called or emailed me, nor has my account been unlocked. I need to know how to retrieve my money from these people.

On June 19/20th I sent a friend of mine $300 using Skrill because I had bills to pay but had to get to work. The plan was for him to pull the cash out and bring it to me.
When he discovered he was unable to pull the cash out using a cardless option, he sent me the funds back.
I received an email stating that he sent me the funds and they had been accepted. However my balance did not show the deposit.
I have called up to support multiple times, as has he. They restricted his account until he was able to verify- which he did within a day or two. It was accepted, however his account is still frozen, so he cant even transfer money in or out.
Ive filed with support utilizing the email and they mark it resolved every day- yet I have no explanation why I received an email from them stating it was accepted.
I called two days ago (06/26) and the man guaranteed that I would be able to access the funds within 48 hours and so when I saw they were not in my account this morning I again called and spoke with customer support. I was told AGAIN they have no explanation to why I received the email stating it was accepted or where my money is.
I am a single mom, whos now not only out $300, Im also now responsible for late fees on the bills that were due.
