On their help center, Skrill state that they aim to respond to all cases within 48 hours. Well, in my case I am coming on 2 weeks and I have yet to get any sort of non-automated reply.

I was told that I needed to open a Skrill account to get my money from the casino website. I did that and they helped me with it.

When they deposited my money into the account an unauthorized user went into my SECURED account and withdrew my Money and deposited it into another account. I informed them right away and been dealing with it ever since. I can't get an answer no matter how many times I call the Cust svc Line.

The call was good, but the fact that I had to call them from a website is crazy. On the website it said phone calls were not being accepted at this time.

Plus I have waited for 6 days and now I have to wait 6 more days. And when I made a rating, they said to go to the support site, there is nothing there that can help me.

Skrill lacks customer service and support. That is not acceptable.

I don't use Skrill and I can't log on because I've lost my data information.

I want to close the account please because I don't have any money to pay to maintain

the account. I'm bankrupt and I have been told I have to pay to keep the account open, which is impossible for me because I am paid a very, very low pension and don't have

I called the Skrill help centre, they asked me to provide proof of my address, bank and phone bills (to download the requested copies to a certain email address provided), I did what they'd asked me to, have been waiting for an answer for over a month, still no answer. Today I've tried to log in to my skrill account, here's what I got:
