I have made numerous requests for my casino winnings of $500 already released to Skrill since 18-04-2025 reference 619229**** with still no receipt to my bank account which Skrill have on file and no reason why. The virtual assistant is no help at all.
I am not wanting to be rude but realise all the angry reviews online due to bad info and no clear instructions. Please respond.

I have a case on the help centre and I never got a reply from Skrill. They said they respond in 24 hours, but it's been three weeks now and I did not get their response.
I am failing to withdraw from Skrill; even via agents, I am failing. I am receiving a message saying you have not been charged; your transaction cannot be performed.
Many times I have tried. Please assist.

my friend sent me £400 through barclays on my skrill account a week ago. (17-04-25), But i never received it yet.
I got all the proof which the team can need. I got a rapid transfer reference number as well.

My account has been restricted after I sent them the documents they asked me for to verify my account. Now they don't answer to my emails and I need to reopen my account for personal reasons. Im trying for days to reach them but I think they dont have any customer service to help us out.

You have locked my account for over 9 days now when it stipulates 72 hrs. I'm putting this down as theft as your customer service is non-existent.
I have no choice but to report you.

My account has been blocked for 8 days when it stipulates 72 hrs. I want to withdraw my funds and close my account, as your customer service is non-existent. May I also point out that if this is not done, it is classed as theft, so I will have no choice but to report you.

You’re genuinely screwed. Horrible company.
Absolutely no support whatsoever. Completely forget about it and never use it again.
I have been trying to reach support on Skrill for about 2 weeks now. Absolutely not a single answer yet.
When I open the app, it just says restricted account, contact support. I click support; it takes me to the site, which says, open support in the app. I open the app, and it shows a restriction message. So I tried calling and emailing them, but still no response at all.
I now have hundreds of dollars stuck in an account I can't open or get help with. Skrill is full of ***

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They reopened my account after 15 daysI xferred all my money out.They woukd not explain the locked account or the closure when i make "0" transactionsI won't use them.

I finally got someone on the phone and asked why my account was locked given that I was a new customer. They wouldn't tell me and wouldn't unlock my account. I told them if they didn't let me get my deposit back, cancel the visa application, and return the pending $250 transfer, I was going to lodge complaints. They then sent me an email and closed my account.
Despite my account being closed, they still processed the $250 transfer and now they refuse to give me the $250 back. They are blocking emails and it's been over 8 days.
Don't use Skrill. Use Wise, CashApp, Chime, Zelle or anyone else. Check BBB and other websites.
They are doing this to hundreds of people. Skrill is a bad company.

Well I put a complaint in with the consumer financial protection agency. They sent my complaint to Skrill .
I finally got a response from them but just telling me they are handling this as a complaint still no words as to why my account is locked and they say that could take up to 15 days or more to investigate.They have cost me so much already . I don't understand how they are still in business if you look at their reviews the amount of people's money they have locked down is utterly ridiculous and no one is doing anything to shut them down.All I did was try and transfer part of my money out of my Skrill account to my bank and immediately got locked down .
But did 3 transactions previously to that and no problem. I'm mentally exhausted from dealing with these people I just want what's mine.
They keep asserting that security has my account locked due to a routine check they conduct. However, I have been trying to extract my money since August 8th. A supervisor assured me I would hear from them the next day.
A week has passed and no one has called or emailed me, nor has my account been unlocked. I need to know how to retrieve my money from these people.
